Order Processing Times:
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. Your order is considered dispatched once it has been handed off to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your chosen address. During peak times and holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times:
The estimated delivery time of your package depends on the overall transit time after dispatch. Factors such as your location will affect the exact delivery time. Below are our estimated shipping times based on your country of residence:
United States: 8-15 business days
Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays during peak times and holidays, which are outside of our control. If your product is being shipped internationally, customs delays may also extend delivery times.
Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details:

If there are system-detected address issues, our support team will email you within 3 business days for verification. If we do not receive a response within that time, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Delayed Delivery:
At Cleaup, we strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. However, delays in delivery can sometimes occur due to factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions or transportation disruptions. We will work with the courier to ensure your package is delivered as soon as possible.
Occasionally, delays may arise due to unforeseen circumstances, such as product availability or payment processing issues. If we encounter any issues that could delay your order, we will notify you immediately.
Please note that Cleaup is not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control. We will keep you updated on your order's status and assist you in any way possible to resolve delivery issues.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
We understand how frustrating it can be to deal with lost or stolen packages. Once we hand over your package to the courier, it is outside our control. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at care@cleaup.com, and we will do our best to assist.
We recommend that you contact the courier directly to file a claim for lost or stolen packages. Most couriers have a claims process, and they may require additional information to proceed. We will also follow up with the courier on your behalf to help resolve the issue.
Please note that Cleaup is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and these situations fall outside of our refund policy. However, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation.
