At Cleaup, we are committed to providing products that solve your hair removal needs effortlessly and painlessly. We stand behind the effectiveness of our product, and we recommend using it for a minimum of 14 days before considering a return. If you're not satisfied after 14 days and within our 60-day money-back guarantee, please contact us at care@cleaup.com.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that any changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we may not be able to accommodate your request, as the order will have entered the processing phase. If you cancel your order within the 24-hour window, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We believe in the quality of our products and encourage you to use them for at least 14 days to experience the full benefits. If, after 14 days, you're still not satisfied, you may return the product within 60 days of purchase. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are not refundable.

Damaged Items
We take great care in ensuring your product is safely packaged. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken upon delivery. Damaged packaging during shipping, such as dented boxes, with a product in good condition is not considered damage.
If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing care@cleaup.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will determine if you qualify for a replacement at no cost. We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
While we strive to deliver your order promptly, we cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control, such as courier delays or customs issues. If you experience any problems with delivery, please contact the courier directly for assistance. Cleaup is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing your order, you will not be entitled to a refund or a resend of the product.
